INTRODUCTION

The Training Field can change fast - new methodologies, new discoveries about the way adults learn, changing expectations from the trainees and from your company.

The best training comes from within the organisation. The knowledge and content is there but what is often missing is the process of how to get these messages across.

Training is a special skill that can and should be developed so that companies can harness the talent, abilities of the people but the question arises Who should be the Trainer?
