Good communication skills are fundamental to business success. Effective and purposive writing not only grabs attention of the readers but also persuades influences and sells your ideas, services, products, proposals and even your vision and dreams. One does not necessarily acquire mastery over written communication with schooling alone. The secret lies in learning the fundamentals of science and art of written communication and achieve excellence through sustained efforts.
This practice-oriented 2-day skill development program has been designed to equip the participants with a scientific and systematic approach to effective, clear, crisp and concise writing. After undergoing this result-focused program, participants should:-

| Faculty Profile & Methodology : |
Mr. L.N. Mehta, Business Communication Specialist, was formerly Senior Deputy Director and Consultant (HRM) with National Productivity Council. During his three decades tenure, besides Training, he also functioned as Head of Administration, Employee Development and Finance Divisions. He was also Member of Task Force on Repositioning NPC and Head of its Market Planning Committee.
Mr. Mehta has to his credit a track record of conducting result-oriented training programs for over 25 years. He has conducted more than 200 programs and workshops and specialized himself in areas like Communication Skills, Supervisory Skills, Team Building & Team Work, Leadership Skills; Managing Performance, Office & Administration Management, Managerial Effectiveness, Executive Development and Excellent Secretarial Skills.
His programs have been attended and highly appreciated by over 5000 participants. His unique training methodology is an ideal blend of theory and practices, with high emphasis on ‘real learning’, use of participant-driven approach, case-studies, scientifically developed games and exercises for hands-on-practice. |

Group discount of 10% on group of minimum 3 nominations from the same organisation. Cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of Delhi Management Association.
Once the registration of a nominee is confirmed and he or she is unable to attend the programme, the fee is non-refundable. However, participation by a substitute for the programme shall be allowed. |
